Introducing Rough Play in Bedroom My fiancee and I have been together for about six months now, but have known each other for almost two years. We've shared a lot, and I've also shared my desire for him to be a little more "rough" in the bedroom. He's a very sensual man, and always says he has to be "in the mood" for things to happen. What if i just want him to throw me on the bed and take me like he can't wait another minute? I've told him about my ideas before, the things i enjoy (some biting, choking, light slapping, being held down) but he has no interest in anything other than making slow, sweet love to me. Don't get me wrong, i enjoy it A LOT, and he's very good at EVERYTHING. I don't want to say i'm getting "bored", but that's kinda the feeling i'm getting. How do i convince him to mix things up?

Is it something that he's intrigued by or at least interested in, but he's reluctant because he's afraid he might go too far or hurt you? Then you can do something. If he's really, truly not interested, then... your chances are about as good as his chances are of getting you to lose interest. He might act it out, though, in a roleplay, just as something to please you.

Well this may be harsh... But if he is truly that vanilla and cant adapt, you will either have to sublimate those desires the rest of your life, or find someone that will. Not sure how old you are, but I am guessing under 30?

Interesting discussion topic though.... I would think that based on up bringing or maybe personal values (religion etc) there could be people who would NEVER EVER consider kink. But it makes me wonder....Is there, or could there be, a kink for eveyrone?

There could be, esp. if you make your definition of "kink" really broad. But you can't say that in one couple, people will always be able to be aroused by the *same* kink. Someone who is repulsed by foot play might not ever find true sexual happiness with a foot fetishist. If you're terrified of clown, someone else's clown fetish might not work for you. I couldn't find a "workaround" with one of those "use me as your toilet" guys. And so on.
