hmm... as a girl who doesn't engage in anal, I can only guess... but when you do anything anally, you get these micro-tears on your rectum wall due to the friction and whatnot from the thrusting object/person. Perhaps this is why? Your insides are made of delicate tissue, but there aren't too many nerve endings, whichh is why you don't feel much, if any, pain.... think of it as sensory-overload prevention. So, just be gentle, and as they say, use a LOT of lube!
